Well indicated and in patients with an eyebrow tail that is not excessively droopy or with excess skin, it can have very nice results, achieving a slight elevation.

It is based on the combination of Botox plus polydioxanone threads.

• With Botox we are able to relax the muscles of the eye region in order to blur wrinkles and expression lines, it also allows the threads to work in an optimal way.
• The speculated and resorbable threads allow us to betray the area of the eyebrow tail, achieving a tightening effect, an almond-shaped eye, a feline look.

We need 1 vial of botox and 2 threads per eyebrow. The threads are placed 10-12 days after injecting Botox. Therefore, in this technique, the first day we place the Botox and in the Botox retouching after approximately 12 days, we place the threads.

There are no gross complications. We performed a 12-day control of the threads to see the effect and compare with the previous photographs. If there is any asymmetry, we must assess whether an extra thread is required.
